All orders are shipped from our logistics centers in Switzerland.
International Express We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or Swiss Post, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information and delivery updates.
International and Domestic Orders All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price. These charges must be paid to the carrier upon delivery
All sales made by the Company are final. The Company does not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges, except as expressly provided by applicable law or in accordance with Article 2 below.
David Van Heim offers a two-year warranty on parts and labor. This warranty includes shipping costs and shipping insurance.
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
Leather straps or batteries.
Items modified or altered by a third party.
Damage resulting from inappropriate use (shocks, exposure to chemicals, etc.).

Watches are covered by a 2-year international warranty from the date of delivery, against any manufacturing or mechanical defects.

Its design is a tribute to the thigh-mounted navigation watches used by reconnaissance pilots, which were fixed onto square plates and strapped over flight suits. David Van Heim envisioned a “chassis” case: a robust square base secured by four structural bolts, mimicking the rivets used to fasten flight harnesses.
The watch’s strength lies in its dual nature: a technical dial with twin sub-dials echoing drift meters, protected by a brushed metal armor. The top-stitched leather strap anchors the piece to its heritage—the men who mapped the world from above.
